In small saucepan, combine Just Blueberries, juice and vinegar. Bring to simmer over medium heat and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed. Cool to room temperature. Once cool, stir into cheese spread and refrigerate.
In a large bowl, gently combine turkey, Just Cranberries, walnuts, salt and sage. Form into 12 patties to fit dinner rolls. Place on a broiler pan line with foil and broil for 7 to 8 minutes, turning once, until patties reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
To serve, spread an equal amount of berry cheese spread onto cut side of roll top. Add patty to bottom half, 3 arugula leaves and top with roll top.
