Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Using electric mixer, beat sugar, butter eggs and almond extract in large bowl until well blended. Mix in flour mixture and blend. Add Just Cranberries and blend until cranberries break up slightly. Divide dough in half equally and place on floured surface. Using floured hands, shape each piece into 2-1/2-inch wide by 9-1/2 inch long and 1-inch high logs. Transfer both to baking sheet, spacing evenly. Whisk egg white in small bowl until foamy; brush each log.
Bake logs about 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely on rack. Maintain oven temperature. Transfer logs to cutting board and slice with serrated knife on the diagonal into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange slices, cut side down, on same baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes; turn slices over. Bake another 5-10 minutes, or until slightly golden. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Melt white chocolate chips in microwave on medium power, stirring every 15 seconds, until completely melted. Using fork, drizzle melted chocolate over biscotti and let sit until chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
