In small bowl, combine honey and peanut butter. Slide a popsicle stick 1/2 to 3/4 into each banana half. Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter over each banana pop. Place crushed fruit on plate and roll pops in fruit to coat. (Add chopped nuts to fruit if desired.). Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Can also be enjoyed fresh right away.
