For Topping
Place first 5 ingredients in food processor and blend. Add butter and mix until clumpy.
For Fruit
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toss fruit with tapioca in medium bowl. Transfer to a buttered 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with oat mixture and bake for about 45 minutes, or until browned and bubbly. Best served warm.
