Just Veggies Fried Rice Honorable Mention in Kids in the Kitchen Contest 2007

INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 cups cooked brown rice (Trader Joe’s frozen brown rice works great)
1 cup Just Veggies
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup water
PREPARATION
Cook rice as directed on package. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and simmer over medium heat about 3 minutes. Add rice and stir. Serve warm.
