Hearty Cinnamon-Berry Muffins Honorable Mention in Kids in the Kitchen Contest 2007

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup turbinado sugar
2 cups lowfat buttermilk
1 egg
3/4 cup white flour
2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Just Raspberries
1/2 cup Just Blackberries
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Fill greased muffin tins about 3/4 full. Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack about 10 minutes.
